In resentment that BoddhiQwan appears at the moment in the form of association wanted by his founder so that everyone can benefit in lesser cost in prices of martial arts the fact remains that the object of BoddhiQwan is the exclusive property of the founder and his indicated successors and the legal successors because existing before even the implementation of the association. Besides, although it is clarified that the term BoddhiQwan as well as its logo are registered trademarks and that any modification even partial of the term or the logo can be the object of legal proceedings, the fact remains that according to provisions of the articles L. 111.1 and following one of the Code of the Intellectual property, the present site constitutes a work the founder of the BoddhiQwan of which is the author and that this way all the elements entering its constitution that is the shape, the layout, the bottom and the sound capital, the structure, the ideas, the drawings, the calligraphy, the photos, videos are protected and what of this fact just as much the site than the elements which are cannot be copied there or imitated in whole or in part except express and written authorization of the founder which grants to title head main clause an authorization of visualization of the site. Even though that the article L. 122.5 of the Code of the Intellectual property intends to allow the reproductions, the transmissions, the modifications, the re-uses, on a paper or IT support of the works generally it is obvious that these measures in which escapee the present site would not know get only within the framework of a private and personal usage and would know how to carry not at all damage in the right of third parties and the legal successors in particular of the founder of the BoddhiQwan, what under tightens that any reproduction, transmission, modification, re-use to fine advertising agents, commercial, or of information, all or any of the site, is totally forbidden and would constitute a forgery.

Links towards sites

The links extras on the site are in touch with sites of martial arts or having a report with Asia. However these are not under control of BoddhiQwan. This way this one would not know how to be considered as person in charge of the contents of these sites if meanwhile they changed nature just as much links which are there. .

Establishment of links

BoddhiQwan accepts any hypertext link of any site with a preference for the sites of martial arts with the exception of sites with pornographic, racist, anti-semitic, xenophobic character either conveying slanderous information or being able to strike a blow at the sensibility of everyone, and on the whole against the French legislation. It besides reserves the right to accept or to refuse links.
